1.2 Website Modification: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any part of this website with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal.

2. Order Process

2.1 Order Confirmation: We will send you an order acknowledgement email confirming your order details. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.

2.2 Acceptance and Contract Completion: Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

2.3 Record Keeping: Please print these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver all goods within five working days from receipt of the order.

3.2 Delivery Locations: This website delivers products only to customers with an address in Ireland and Northern Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or older upon delivery.

3.3 Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors. All goods and products are subject to availability. We recommend scheduling any work or installations after the order has been delivered to account for any potential delays.

3.4 Risk and Loss: Risk of loss and damage of products pass to you upon delivery.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Process: We will take payment from your card at the time we receive your order and send an acknowledgment email. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you and provide a full refund.

4.2 Pricing Errors: While we try to ensure all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you. If you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards.

4.4 Title and VAT: Title to any products you order on this website passes to you upon delivery, provided that payment has been received in full. All prices include VAT at the applicable current rates.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your goods are not as ordered, faulty, or damaged upon delivery, we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 21 days of your delivery.

5.2 Other Returns: If you wish to return your purchase for any other reason, you can notify us within seven working days after delivery. In these circumstances, we offer the option to exchange for another product or provide a credit note. Please note that we reserve the right to recover the cost of collection, which may be deducted from the credit note amount. Opened items cannot be returned.

5.3 Size and Measurement Accuracy: All sizes and measurements are approximate, and we make every effort to ensure their accuracy.

7.1 Liability Exclusion: Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.

7.2 Limited Liability: While we make reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy of information on the site, we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the contents or availability of the site. We accept no liability of any kind for any loss or damage arising from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

7.3 Indirect or Consequential Loss: Subject to section 7.1 above, we will not be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any economic losses, loss of goodwill or reputation, or special or indirect losses suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

7.4 Security Precautions: We take reasonable precautions to keep your order and payment details secure. However, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions

8.1 Domestic Use: Our products are intended for domestic use. If you plan to use them for business purposes, please ensure appropriate insurance coverage.

8.2 Assignment and Sub-Contracting: You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products without our prior written agreement.

8.3 Invalidity of Provisions: If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the other sections shall not be affected.

8.4 Waiver: No delay or failure by ShowerDoorsOnline.ie to exercise any powers, rights, or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights, or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them.

9. Guarantee

9.1 Guarantee Coverage: The guarantee applies to the original purchasing individuals only who complete and return the registration form within 30 days of installation. The guarantee covers shower doors only.

9.2 Exclusions: The guarantee is not applicable to products purchased as ex-showroom models. It applies to material and manufacturing defects only, and solely to the original installation for domestic use in Ireland and Northern Ireland. The guarantee does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturer’s control, normal wear and tear, inappropriate use/cleaning, mildew and lime scale buildup, or modification, transformation, alteration, or relocation of the unit. Glass breakage is also not covered.

9.3 Fault Notification: You must notify ShowerDoorsOnline.ie within 24 hours upon discovery of a fault.

9.4 Guarantee Resolution: If the product is found to be faulty within the covered definition, ShowerDoorsOnline.ie will, at its discretion, refund the original purchase price, repair the product, or provide new goods/parts as a replacement. This constitutes ShowerDoorsOnline.ie’s sole obligation under this guarantee, excluding any claim for consequential loss or damage. If a claim is made under this guarantee and the defect is not due to faulty materials or manufacture, ShowerDoorsOnline.ie reserves the right to charge the customer for any call-out charge or replacement parts supplied.

Shower Tray Policy and Guarantee

Our company is committed to providing high-quality shower trays that meet the highest standards of safety and durability. We understand that defects or cracks can occur in shower trays, and we want to provide our customers with the assurance that they will receive a replacement if any such issues arise. Therefore, we offer a two-year free replacement guarantee for all our shower trays.

To qualify for the guarantee, the customer must have purchased the shower tray from our company and must have followed the installation and maintenance instructions provided. The guarantee covers defects or cracks that occur during normal use and does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse.

To safeguard against future defects or cracks, we take the following measures:

1. We use high-quality materials that are resistant to wear and tear, moisture, and chemicals commonly found in bathrooms.
2. We subject our shower trays to rigorous quality testing to ensure they meet our strict standards.
3. We provide installation and maintenance instructions that must be followed to ensure the proper installation and use of the shower tray.

If a customer experiences a defect or crack in their shower tray within two years of the purchase date, they should contact our customer service department to request a replacement. Our customer service team will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement process.
