  1. Delivery Service: We have partnered with Fastway Couriers to provide reliable and efficient delivery services for our customers. Fastway Couriers offer a next day delivery service within most areas of Ireland.
  2. Delivery Areas: We currently offer delivery within Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

Estimated Delivery Time

  1. Next Day Delivery: For orders dispatched through Fastway Couriers, our aim is to provide next day delivery within most areas of Ireland. However, please note that certain factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays or disruptions in transportation, may occasionally affect the delivery timeline. Therefore, while we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

  1. Delays and Exceptions: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
  2. Fitting and Installation: We strongly advise against booking a fitter or scheduling any installation services until your goods are received. This precautionary measure is to account for any potential delivery delays or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the estimated delivery time. We recommend waiting until the goods are in your possession before making any arrangements for fitting or installation.
  3. Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of placing your order. Please ensure that the provided address is accessible and correct to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. If you need to update or modify your delivery address after placing the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Shower Door Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Return

  • Shower doors must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The shower doors must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging and materials intact.
  • Custom-made shower doors are not eligible for return.
  • Returns will not be accepted for any shower doors that have been installed or altered in any way.
