We aim to get your good(s) to you as quickly as possible, the next day in most cases, if you order before 12 pm. We have partnered with Fastway Couriers who offer a next day delivery service, for example an order placed on Monday before 12 pm would normally arrive on Tuesday. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch. We regret that we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. We are unable to accept orders for delivery from outside the Republic of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.

We also deliver to Dublin and surrounding areas by company van and we will make contact to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Returns and Exchanges


If you have received your order and it is not what you require there is no need to feel disappointed as you can return it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. 


We offer a 30 day returns policy on all of our products.


1: No longer want or ordered incorrectly:


If you no longer require the item(s) purchased we do ask that you report this to our office within 14 days of receiving your order. Please return your order in a fit for re-sale condition; we require all goods to be returned direct to our warehouses in original packaging and in an unused condition in order for us to process your refund. Please allow up to 5 working days upon receipt back to us for our refund department to issue a refund. We will not collect or refund delivery charges for unwanted orders. Please take care in obtaining proof of postage or insurance on the item(s) returned, if your parcel gets lost or damaged in transit back to us we will be unable to refund you.


2: Damaged Items:


If your item(s) have arrived damaged please report within 48 hrs to our office, we ask all of our customers to check items for damages upon receipt and sign for as damaged if there is visible damage to the item(s). We allow up to 7 days to report damages, as we believe this to be an acceptable amount of time for a complete check of your goods. Failure to report within this allotted time may result in us being unable to process a claim and take any further action; we may take further action at our own discretion in some cases.


3: Guarantee:


At we sell quality bathroom products, if your item has a manufacturing defect please let us know. If you have received a product from us that you believe to be faulty then please report within 7 days of receipt (if defects are recognizable prior to fitting).

Please note goods cannot be returned and will not be refunded in the event where;


  •          They have been Used or returned in Unsaleable Condition.
  •          They are damaged because of misuse or incorrect fitting.
  •          They have been fitted.
  •          The original packaging is damaged or the package has been opened.


Please do not book your installer before you are in receipt of item(s) and have checked to ensure there is no damage, will not be liable for any delays in works. We try our best to ensure that your item(s) arrive safely and on schedule but please understand that deliveries can go wrong and we cannot guarantee safe delivery at all times, you may experience a later delivery time then planned and/ or damage to your item(s) due to transport. Failed deliveries are very uncommon and we have a 99% successful delivery rate.
